Recently, natural cosmetics are becoming more and more popular. Women in skin care are increasingly paying attention to homemade recipes based solely on natural substances. However, it is not a matter of a day or even a month to get your skin in order only on the basis of home-made cosmetics.
There are times in life when you need to look your best now. This is where the "Lifting" line product comes to the rescue. Maxilift cream within 3-4 minutes will smooth wrinkles on the skin, smooth its surface.
Wine for the skin
It is, as the author writes, a traditional recipe for Italian women to care for fading or tired skin. We believe it can be used by everyone.
1/2 cup (125 ml) natural grape wine of the Merlot, Cabernet etc. varieties. Chianti can be used
1 cup (250 ml) fresh, thick yogurt. Sour cream may also be suitable.
Mix it all up. This mixture keeps for 2 days in the refrigerator. It is best to use this mixture while standing near running water, for example, in front of a sink. Or before taking a shower or bath, because the process itself creates some inconvenience, the mixture flows on the face, neck, body.
Rub the mixture into the skin of the face, hands, neck, décolletage, heels, buttocks, legs, hair. In short - in any part of the body. Leave it on for 5-15 minutes and then rinse it off. You can wash off with water to which a little wine has been added. This can be done while sitting in the bathtub, where a little wine is added at the end of the procedure. You can avoid wiping it off with a towel and let it air dry. This recipe is used as a toner, as a cleanser. When a little olive oil is added to it, it can serve as a moisturizer.

Lipstick and hygienic lipstick
This recipe, depending on the filling, can also be used as a treatment for dry lips with cracks and herpes, as a hygienic lipstick (especially if you put it in a tube), or as a lipstick or lip gloss.
5 teaspoons of jojoba oil
1 teaspoon of wax (it all depends on what you want to get. if lipstick, you can have more)
1 teaspoon of finely chopped alkana dye root (you can have more or less, depending on the color you want - from red to maroon)
1 teaspoon honey or glycerin (optional)
You can add 10 drops of lemon, lemongrass or mint phyto essence for flavor.
For dry lips - 10 drops of carrot phyto essence
For lips with herpes and cracks - 10 drops of phytoessence of tea tree or eucalyptus (you can radiate).
Put the jojoba oil and wax in a small enameled bowl and heat the wax over a very low heat, without bringing it to the boil, until it softens. Remove from the heat. If you want to add color, put alkana root, stir and leave this mixture for one hour.
Then add honey or glycerin and the necessary phyto essences. If it is a mixture, first prepare the mixture of phytoessences and only then add this mixture to the oils and wax. Stir, cool and place in a prepared container. This can be a cosmetics jar, washed and sterilized, or an empty tube of lipstick. Can be stored for a year in the refrigerator.
You can add vitamin E, experiment with cocoa butter (the smell is worth it) or shea butter. In general, there is room for fantasy.

Lipstick in a tube and gloss.
Ingredients for lipstick stick in a tube:
It is required for 1 g of wax 1 tsp. of liquid oils (for one standard tube all multiply by 2)
Lip gloss in a jar:
Required for 1 gram of wax 2 tsp. of liquid oils (each spoonful should be "with a pea", so that the spoon is almost poured out)
Note: to choose a base oil to suit your taste, use the "Make a Blend" program - lip care)
Job Instruction:
Cooking utensils must be glass or ceramic. All tools (spoon, bowl, container for the final product) must be sterilized).
Pour cold water into a regular ladle or saucepan (if the small container is glass), otherwise it will burst from temperature difference!!!! Melt the ingredients on a water bath, stirring well. The spoon/stirring stick should not be metal (when beeswax interacts with metal, toxic substances are released). It is better to use a wooden, glass or ceramic spatula.
When everything is melted, do not rush to pour the mixture immediately into the container, especially if essential oils will be added (you can select the oils using the Compose Blend program). Before adding the essential oils, you should cool the mixture a little. Otherwise, you will see a deep "dimple" in the frozen fondant (this is due to the temperature difference between the walls and the center). As soon as the mass solidifies, it means that the fondant is ready.
Stored for at least 3 months as a rule.
Note: If you don't have a scale but have wax: 1 gram of wax = a 4x4cm square of wax. If this is not available, first melt the wax and take the required amount of wax (1 tsp = 4-5 grams of wax)
The author of the recipe is Elena
Lipstick. Moisturizing
Ingredients for the fondant:
5.5 spoons of jojoba oil
5 - wax
3 - coconut oil
1 spoonful of honey
1 spoonful of grape seed oil
3 drops of sesame oil (as needed, provides grease)
2 drops of carrot faye
a couple capsules of vitamin E. Riboflavin can be added.
Put the jojoba oil and wax in a small enamel bowl and heat the mixture over very low heat, without bringing to the boil, until the wax softens. Remove from heat. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir with a wooden spatula. If the mixture is solid, you can add more jojoba or coconut oil. If it is liquid, add more wax.
With the addition of phae - variations are possible. If your lips are cracked and sore, you can add tea tree fe.
Note: Lipstick can be runny, so it is best to store it in a jar rather than a tube. To use lipstick in a tube, see recipe Lipstick in a tube.

Oak Bark. Tonic to tighten pores and for oily skin
Decoction:
For 0.5-1 teaspoon of dry oak bark takes about half a cup of boiling water. The bark is poured with boiling water, covered with a lid and insisted for about half an hour. Then the mixture can be strained for convenience.
Wipe the face 2-3 times a day, especially in the morning, before applying makeup.
Can be mixed with other herbs - calendula, eucalyptus, chamomile, green tea, etc.
You can wipe your face during the day. You can use the decoction after shaving. The decoction is antiseptic and tightens pores well.
You can prepare a mixture with salicylic acid. Proportions - from 1 (salicylic acid) to 10 (decoction) to 1 to 30. Do not apply for a long time. Be sure to take breaks.
Attention! It is better to start making a decoction with a small amount of bark, literally from a few slivers, gradually increasing its amount. Decoction, like any herbal decoctions, is stored for a day without refrigeration, two days - in the refrigerator.
Remember! Too concentrated decoction can stain the skin!
Supplements:
It is very difficult to give one universal recipe for oak bark, as it has a strong tightening effect. The concentration will depend on the condition of the particular oily skin and the temperature outside the window, and it is also important whether a cream or oil will be applied to the skin afterwards. Each person has to find the optimal ratio of tightening effect/skin comfort for himself.
Toner helps oily skin to reduce sebum secretion, and in summer - this is the only effective option, even when there is 25-30 degrees of heat outside, the most oily skin will remain in a normal state for half a day.
For summer, approximately the ratio is: 0.5-1 teaspoon of oak bark per 100 ml. boiling water.
You can enrich the tincture with something else. If green tea, then a lot of it is also not necessary, 0.5-1 teaspoon. All the rest can be put a teaspoon each safely.
An indispensable product, especially when mixed with salicylic acid, for treating skin after shaving!
How to wash oily hair
Recipe from Olya:
I bought jojoba oil, phyto essences of lemon grass, rosemary and grapefruit, and I make blends of them. I mix them differently, when I mix all 3 essences, when I mix only 2, and sometimes 1. I apply it to my scalp every time after washing. I leave it for no more than 10 minutes and alternate, once I apply the mixture, the other only jojoba oil.
And already after 2 months the first result appeared. Namely, (here is a small digression, my hair is very oily, I wash it every other day, but it was already necessary to wash it every day, because my hair looked disgusting in the morning for 2 days) the greasiness of my hair has really decreased a bit and now even on the second day my hair looks decent. I still wash my hair every other day, but it looks better, tidier and by the end of the second day it still looks normal, not greasy and greasy as it used to be. Here's ...
But that's not all. One day I had a cold, sore throat and runny nose. I didn't feel like using oils at all. So I decided not to torture myself and live without oils for a week. And oh, my gosh. Everything went back to normal. And I had to start all over again. Two months and the result was restored. But I'm still happy with the result and will continue.
I also forgot to mention that I finish washing my hair with water and apple cider vinegar, and I haven't used any conditioners or balms for a long time. When making the blends, I go by the information listed on the website. I.e. concentration of grapefruit and rosemary not more than 10%, and lemon grass not more than 4%. And, by experience, I can say that the concentration of lemon grass should never be exceeded, otherwise you can get a scalp burn, and for sensitive skin concentration of phytoessence of lemon grass is better to reduce the concentration of phytoessence of lemon grass in 2 times.
Therefore, when making blends I operate with the following proportions: 100 drops of jojoba oil, 10 drops each of grapefruit and rosemary phyto essences and no more than 4 drops of lemon grass. This ratio is even slightly below the allowable concentration. Well, and based on such proportions I make different mixtures. I always use jojoba oil and lemon grass as a basis, sometimes adding rosemary or grapefruit.
Here I follow the same rule as with my face: the mixtures should be different, so that there is no addiction. However, I make more mixtures for the scalp than for the face and use them longer, because the skin on the scalp is less sensitive than on the face.
How to brew green tea properly
The trick to brewing is as follows.
Boiling water for tea should not come into contact with the crushed leaves for more than 20 seconds. After that, harmful substances will enter the solution, which is also unpleasant to taste.
The water to use is ideally pure: it is water passed through a good filter, steadied for a day, and thawed, after freezing in the refrigerator.
Brewing Techniques:
We take two one-liter containers, one of them is a teapot with a spout.
We take green tea (1 teaspoon per glass of water), put it in a container with a spout.
Pour boiling water over the tea. You have to do it in 10 seconds.
Immediately start pouring it through the spout into the second container. Make it in the next 10 seconds! The contact time between tea and boiling water is no more than 20 seconds, and the medicinal tea is ready.
The tea acquires a rich amber color and a mind-blowing aroma. Such tea is not drunk with sugar, so as not to distort the aromatic bouquet. This is quite an affordable means of preventing not only cancer, but also many other diseases. Drink to your health!
Homemade toothpaste
Stir to a paste-like consistency:
6 tsp. baking soda
1/3 tsp. salt
4 tsp. glycerin
15 drops of fe peppermint.
Store in a closed container.
Coconut oil
Cooking at home with natural coconut } Coconut oil is a great hair care product. It is sold in stores in three types. But it can also be made at home:
We take a hairy coconut, make 2 holes (where it attaches to the palm tree) with a nail or screwdriver, drain the milk.
Use a hammer to smash the walnut and remove the white center. The hard top is discarded.
You don't have to peel the white center from the brown film. You can cut it off with a knife like an orange peel. Cut the white center into 3-6 cm pieces and grind in a blender to the size of coconut shavings.
Pour warm water over the chips (not boiling water) so that the water covers the chips from the top by 5 cm.
Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours, then place in the refrigerator. After 8-10 hours, remove from the refrigerator, remove the film of solidified coconut oil from the top, heat on a water bath and strain. Put in a jar. Put in the refrigerator.
Water may appear at the bottom of the jar and butter on top. Use a toothpick to pierce the solidified butter on the side of the jar, turn the jar upside down and drain the water. You can mash the butter with your fingers.
Store in the refrigerator.
For hair care, take the required amount of oil from the jar, melt it on a water bath. Lubricate the hair. Hold and rinse off.
We dye our hair with henna and basma.
How to achieve different shades with natural remedies
Recipes for coloring hair with henna and basma - a mass. But there are basic initial parameters:
Pour henna (or basma, or a mixture of henna and basma - it will be clear further on why) into a FARFOROUS bowl.
Fill with water at a temperature of 75-90o. Boiling water (100 degrees) can be used only for basma, henna is baked at this temperature - coloring properties deteriorate.
Apply to the hair with a brush. It is better to find a good assistant (helper) to color evenly. It is not easy to color the hair at the back of the head by yourself! You can create uneven color: in the area of visibility (forehead, temples, vertex) - intense, at the back of the head - faded. And this is not beautiful! You will not get a chic, well-groomed look!
Cover the hair with a polyethylene beret (in extreme case - a plastic bag of suitable size), insulate it with a towel or a scarf. If you only colored with basma, you don't need to cover yourself.
Waiting. The dyeing time depends on the original hair color and the desired color. The longer the time, the more intense the resulting color. If the original dark hair, the time is also increased. If you have applied only basma to the hair, the waiting period is quite nervous - the basma flows! Be patient. And napkins to wipe off the sweat.
Rinse the mixture out of your hair. The process is not quick. If you rinse your hair poorly, you will have to comb out the powder after drying. At the final stage of rinsing it is better to use a hair conditioner. This will ensure the best rinsing and combing.
After coloring, it is not recommended to wash your hair with shampoo for 3 days.
Colored hair gets its best color and usual texture after the first shampooing. Take this into account if you need to look beautiful before important events. Coloring your hair today in order to go to a homecoming party tomorrow is not the best option.
Nuances:
If you want GOLDEN-RED TONE, pour henna is not hot water, and decoction of chamomile apothecary (1-2 tablespoons per glass, insist, strain, heated to 75-90 degrees Celsius).
Or rhubarb decoction. SHADE OF PALE GOLD
Adding natural ground coffee to the mix (1 teaspoon per 25g of powder) will give you a CASH TONE.
If we add cocoa powder, we get a shade of Pale Chestnut.
You want "RED WOOD" - pour hot cahor (yes, yes, wine!) over it.
If you want to DAY the shades of red, the coloring process will consist of two independent stages: first - with a mixture of henna, then - with a mixture of basma. As a rule, the time of coloring with basma is twice as short as the time of coloring with henna. But it can be increased to obtain a darker tone.
If you are too lazy to knead, apply, and rinse twice, and you want to get a BLACK color, you can make a mixture: 2 parts basma, one part henna and soak for at least two hours. A more even proportion (1:1) will soften the color to a DARK brown.
How much powder should I take (total volume of the mixture)? For hair length of 30 cm (up to shoulder blades), 80-90 gr. should be taken. But it should be taken into account: if you want to color your hair, you should not skimp on the powder. The mixture should be applied to the hair quite thickly. Areas with gray hair (temples, for example) is better to process the mixture twice: at the beginning and at the end of the coloring process. Henna without basma gray hair does not cover gray hair! Exception: natural red hair of dark color.
"Mastery is achieved by exercise!". So don't be disappointed if you don't achieve the perfect result the first time. With regular coloring you get very rich, saturated shades, you can't get them with a single coloring, no matter how you mix them!
Especially insidious is hair that you have colored with chemical dyes. Do not experiment with the whole hair at once!!! Choose a strand at the nape of your neck and try it out. If you want to switch to henna and basma, hold your hair without coloring at least a month. But even then, do not color all your hair at once! Possible purple shades, which can not be corrected (according to hairdressers).

2 tsp. of sugared honey.
1 tsp. of tincture of bitter pepper
2 tsp. brandy
2 tsp. of turnip oil
2 tsp. sea buckthorn oil
You can add infused oils made with nettle or chamomile. Read more about infused oils here. You can also add jojoba oil or coconut oil. Mix. Apply to the hair along the entire length and rub into the scalp. Wrap your head with a towel and keep the mask on for 20-30 minutes.
Wash with shampoo once. Then - if hair is still oily, rinse with 3 liters of water with 1 tsp. lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. Then apply hair conditioner and rinse out.
Clay face mask with phyto essences
Melt 1 tsp of honey on a water bath, add 0.5 tsp of base oil. Stir. Then a mixture of clay and phyto essences is prepared. In this recipe, lemongrass fe is used.
Take about 20g of dry clay (kaolin type). It can be any clay that is sold in the pharmacy. We scoop a small pinch of it with a teaspoon, smooth it out, drop 1 drop of lemongrass into it, wait until it is absorbed. Then carefully separate half a drop and add it to the mixture of honey and oil, throw away the rest of the clay.
Then pour the remaining 19 gr. of clay into the prepared mask and stir. The mixture turns out to be thick. This mixture can be diluted with mineral water to a creamy consistency. After five minutes the mask is ready.
Put the mask on your face. It is better to perform the procedure in warmth, for example, in the bathroom. Do not let the mask dry. It should feel warm, but if it stings, wash it off immediately. It is possible that too much lemongrass oil has been used.
The mask has a skin tightening effect.
Mask with essential oils against cellulite
Drop 1 drop of lemongrass into 1 tablespoon of sea salt. Add a handful of oatmeal, a teaspoon of base oil and 0.5 tsp of ground coffee (can be taken after brewing).
Pour all of it with ordinary filtered water, bring it to the consistency of porridge, mix it and let it stand for 10-15 minutes. Everything is rubbed in the bath massaging movements in the problem areas and left, preferably for 10-15 minutes. Then everything is washed off.
With regular use, unfortunately, there is a risk of clogged drains
How to prepare milk whey tonic. Sour tonic and exfoliator
The whey that remains after making curd has an exfoliating and moisturizing effect. It can be used in recipes with oatmeal instead of kefir.
Recipe recorded by a forum visitor. Thank you very much:
"Of course there is no recipe for making whey, there are plenty of recipes for making homemade cottage cheese, which is obtained by separating by heating from sour milk the actual curd from the whey. Very simple zero-waste production.
As a spoiled lover of homemade cottage cheese, I make it this way:
- I buy milk in the store, at the rate of 1 liter of milk - about 150 grams of curd, the fatter the milk, the better, respectively, and the curd gets fatter and whey better.
- I bring the milk home and just leave it on the kitchen table for 24 hours; in winter, with the window open, it can be put on the radiator, or it can be left to sour for more than 24 hours. Milk should sour well - this is one of the main keys to successful curd and whey making. Ideally, the milk should turn out to be sourdough. If for some reason the milk does not ferment well, you can add a spoonful of sour cream.
- Then I simply pour this sourdough into a saucepan and put it on the lowest heat. As a result of heating, the curd starts to separate from the whey. But you can not heat up too much - the curd will turn out rough, overcooked. And in no case the sourdough should not boil - it is for curd death in general.
- When more or less all the curd is separated, I simply strain it through a double layer of gauze and let it drain well. Those who like dry curd can also squeeze it.
That's the whole simple process. If you aim only to make whey, then everything is still much easier, there and boiling is not a problem, on the consumer properties of whey, this, according to my observations, is not greatly affected, on the contrary, even stored better.".

Oatmeal as an exfoliator and cleanser. How to brew it properly
Cooking oats:
Grind oat flakes (you can take ready-made fine grinds, but it is better to grind them, as there may be foreign products in the composition of ready-made flakes).
Let's take
1 tbsp. crushed oat flakes.
A cup of kefir.
Pour kefir over the cereal and mix well. You can use whey instead of kefir. (See the recipe "Whey as an exfoliant"), green tea or just water. Preferably melted water. You can prepare ice cubes with herbal infusions of chamomile or oak bark. Freeze them in the refrigerator. Before adding to oatmeal, be sure to defrost.
Little tricks:
Ground oatmeal plus kefir. It is used depending on the condition of the skin, but you should start gradually, not every day. In winter, to avoid skin tightness and crusting, it is better to dilute kefir. If used every day, the kefir should be diluted very well.
If water is added, a tiny pinch of baking soda can be added to soften hard water.
Immediately after using oatmeal, treat the skin with medication (as needed if there is inflammation) and be sure to moisturize.
When cooking oatmeal - the most important thing is to not let the cereal swell.
The mixture should be used immediately after preparation.
The mixture of oatmeal with kefir, etc. should be rubbed lightly on the face. Start from the chin. From the middle of the face to the border with the hair.
After the above procedures, before moisturizing the skin with creams or oils, you must be sure to dry the skin well. Blot, but do not rub or wipe with dry tissues. If the procedure ends with cleansing with oils, warm tablespoons can be used.
Flakes can be diluted in sour cream. But it should be remembered that dairy products should be acidic.
Remember! These are just recommendations. Everyone should build their own skin care regimen depending on their skin condition!
The recipe is compiled from the advice of Glori's grandmother
Addendum by Skrebba
I have cereal (unground, straight from the packet) poured into a plastic bottle, it stands in the bathroom, there I also have a plastic not very deep plate, as soon as I want to wash my face, I pour cereal into the plate by eye, but about a tablespoon, pour water directly from the tap three times more than the cereal, than the cereal, after a few seconds I take three fingers oatmeal and right over the plate it carefully rub-wash my cheeks, forehead, nose, chin, then, when the cereal is already completely softened and then I pour from the plate in my hand a little water and wash her whole face, under the eyes too, but very carefully. I wash off with water "without temperature -))))) (not cold and not hot)), blot my face with a towel and so walk for a while, then wipe my face with a cotton pad soaked in green tea, wait until it dries, then apply oil
Oatmeal for babies' skin and more
Pour dry oat flakes into clean gauze, folded in several layers, or into a soft cotton cloth. Tie it. Wet the resulting knot with water. And as a sponge to wipe the baby's skin.
You can cleanse your face in the same way.
Cellulite. Another great recipe
-
- 2 teaspoons of sweet almond or sesame base oil
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vodka, or gin, or rum
- 2 drops of juniper phytoessence (can be made from berries or Virginia juniper)
- 3 drops of cypress phyto essence
- 4 drops of lavender phyto essence (can be from lavender hybrids)
- 3 drops of Romarin phytoessence (chemotype linalool)
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sea salt
Designed for one treatment. Mix base oil, honey, alcohol. Mix the essential oils separately.
And only then add to the mixture with base oils. Put the sea salt in a tub of water (under no circumstances should the water be hot!) and wait for the salt to dissolve completely. Then pour almost all of the oil mixture into this water.
Lie in the bath for 20 minutes, constantly massaging the problem areas with a special brush. Then get out of the bath and dry yourself with a stiff towel. At the end, put the remaining mixture of oils on the cellulite areas.
Corrections:
Sea salt can be mixed with milk powder. The ratio is 1:1. Put it in a bag and immerse the bag in water until the salt softens, but do not let it dissolve completely. Then in the same bag pour almost all of the previously prepared mixture of oils, leaving a few drops for massage after the bath. Stir and only then lower it into the bath and allow it to dissolve completely.

Amazing honey massage against cellulite
The course of honey massage is designed for 15 sessions held every other day. It is very important that the massage is not performed every day, but every other day.
What do you need for a massage?
Honey - natural flower honey, linden or any other, without additives and necessarily not sugared. One of the main conditions - honey should be sticky.
Phyto essences with antispasmodic action can be added to honey.
No more than 5 drops of phyto essences per one teaspoon of honey.
For thighs and buttocks treatment, 2 teaspoons of honey is enough.
Preparation of honey:
Melt the honey on a water bath with the lid closed in a bowl where your hand can freely enter. As soon as the honey melts a little, add the phyto essences. Stir everything together, turn down the heat and continue to melt the honey for one hour.
Massage:
Scoop the honey with your hand and pat it onto the selected part of the body. Some of the honey stays on the body and some sticks to the hands. Each part of the body is massaged in turn.
The palms of the hands are firmly "glued" to the body and abruptly pulled away. Gradually the movements should become sharper and stronger. Press hands more tightly. Accordingly, and tear them off more sharply. Honey is "beaten" into the skin, and only a thin layer remains on the surface.
Then a white mass begins to appear on the hands. In the beginning, it stays on the skin. Then most of the mass moves to the palms of the hands.
The procedure is quite painful and takes about 5-10 minutes.
Then the honey is washed off with warm water and a soft washcloth. After the massage, the skin must be lubricated with moisturizing cream or oil.
After the massage, there are some bruises that disappear over time. You should not be frightened of this.
Very painful procedure only the first sessions, then the skin adapts and the massage is not so painful.
Skin brushing treatment:
The thighs are brushed from bottom to top and the butt is brushed in circular motions until it becomes red and slightly tingling. It is better to buy a brush with stiffer bristles. Natural.
Natural homemade shampoo
Take 2 yolks, 2 tbsp of mustard powder, add green tea and mix. Then gradually add oatmeal or rye flour and mix to the consistency of sour cream. For long hair (below the shoulders) usually requires about 400 ml of the mixture.
First wet the hair well with water. Apply this mixture ("shampoo") to the hair, massage and rinse. Rinse with an acidic solution with the addition of kefir, lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. Approximately 1 tbsp per 2-3 liters of water. No other cosmetic shampoos are not used.
If no oil masks are applied before shampooing, you can shampoo once. If masks with base oils are applied, you can use the "shampoo" twice. Instead of two yolks you can take 3. If the hair is dry - you can take 1 tbsp. mustard powder, and instead of tea - non-fat kefir. Instead of green tea, you can add red wine, kefir, other fermented milk products, such as whey, beer, whiskey.
It is important to remember that it is flour that should be added to the mixture, not ground oat flakes. They will not wash out without the help of an ordinary shampoo. Shampoo can be used on all types of hair. The scalp can sting a lot. Therefore, it is very important not to brew mustard in hot water.
Author of the recipe Olesja.
Addenda from the author:
I usually make a lime blossom and some flax seeds along with the mustard. The mucus formed during the infusion makes it easier to apply, distribute through the hair and rinse out.
I also found a recipe for a cleansing mask. 1 tbsp gelatin pour 200 ml of water, insist until the gelatin dissolves and heat. After cooling, add an egg yolk and optional 1 tbsp of honey. Apply to the hair, insulate and leave for 30 min or more. Wash off with water. I first smeared my scalp with apricot oil and after 2 hours made this mask. My hair was clean and very voluminous afterwards. The only disadvantage is that it flows a lot.
Success and beautiful hair !
A very interesting and useful article if you are tortured by the question, black spots.
I do honey massage regularly, it's very simple but also what an amazing effect!
I also used to wash my hair with yolk, but it's hard to wash yolk out of my hair, especially if the water is too hot (it literally curdles). So shampoo made with yolk, I advise you to wash it off with warm water, but not hot.
Thank you so much for the henna coloring tips! I always poured henna with boiling water, it turns out the temperature needs a little lower. The other day I plan to color my hair, I will brew henna not boiling water and plus more coffee I will add, as you advise.
Thank you for the useful tips! I love to use oils in home cosmetology and in your article I found some new variations for me. For daily use I have always made myself olive oil (base) and a few drops of orange oil - I like the effect and the smell is great!
And about washing with oatmeal, a special merci! An old and somehow forgotten beauty recipe from my youth.
Wonderful recipes! I learned a lot of new things and will definitely try some of them. I love products for face, skin, body, hair, which I make myself from ingredients I know. I especially like essential oils. They have a lot of benefits and pleasant aromas.I will use the tips and look charming!)))))))
